Brian Williams

Chief Executive Officer

Brian has over twenty years of experience growing businesses backed by top tier private equity and venture capital firms. His roles have included board, executive, operational, financial and business development responsibilities.

​Prior to joining FIMC as its CEO, Brian was responsible for all business affairs at an innovative healthcare company. Within two years of joining that business as its first full time employee, he raised over $60 million from three of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies and other investors. He also helped build out the organization and oversaw the company’s P&L. Earlier in his career, while serving at two other businesses, he closed 20 partnering transactions and led initiatives such as an effort to take a U.S. only business into international markets, which resulted in the company having a distribution network in 90 countries within 18 months. Brian started his career in investment banking, where he helped close $2 billion in M&A transactions for clients around the world.​

Brian earned his B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois and his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he graduated in one year. He lives in Sarasota with his wife and three children, to whom he gladly dedicates his free time.

Murat Camoglu

Chief Financial Officer

Murat has twenty years of experience at both publicly traded & sponsor backed global organizations in branded consumer goods and technology products.

Prior to joining FIMC, Murat served as Chief Financial Officer of SteelSeries, a sponsor-backed global consumer technology business. Earlier, he served as the CFO of Grohe Americas, a leading premium sanitary fittings provider, where he successfully increased profitability; drove operational improvements and helped build out the organization. He also worked as divisional CFO of Grohe AG based in Germany.

Prior to Grohe, Murat held various financial and strategic positions at Diageo, a leading premium beverage business. He served as Global Director of White Spirits Category with over $1 billion in sales and as Finance Director of major markets in USA and Europe, with over $200 million in sales. He started his career in banking where he helped execute $10 billion in M&A transactions for clients globally.

Murat holds an MBA in Private Equity & Entrepreneurial Management from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania; and BSBA, cum laude, in Finance & International Business from Georgetown University.

Sean O’Reilly

Chief Growth Officer

Sean is the Chief Growth officer for FIMC, responsible for Product Development, Marketing, Marketing Analytics and New Channel Growth.

For the past twenty years, Sean has held a variety of executive roles in marketing and operations for Leo Burnett, USAA, J.P. Morgan Chase and J.G Wentworth after beginning his career as a U.S. Army officer. Sean launched the highly successful Chase Sapphire card and grew the business through online, branch, and direct marketing efforts while at J.P. Morgan Chase. Prior to joining FIMC, Sean consulted with startup and mid-market financial services and life sciences companies on a variety of strategic initiatives.

Sean earned his B.B.A. in Finance and Business Economics from The University of Notre Dame, and he currently serves on the Board of Directors for the Notre Dame Alumni Association. He received his MBA from The Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania.

Sean and his wife Sara and their four children, Maureen, Bridget, Delaney and Patrick live in the Philadelphia area.

Mike Anselmo

Chief Information Officer & EVP, Operations

​Michael is an entrepreneurial leader with over 30 years of progressive technology and business experience.  With a passion for innovation, he has garnered an outstanding record of accomplishments throughout his career leading technology businesses, building major technical programs and developing multiple organizations, including six successful startups.

Prior to joining FIMC, Michael served as Chief Information Officer for several financial services firms, most recently NSM Insurance Group where he drove technology strategy and execution for several specialty insurance programs. Michael has also led technology and operations for Narragansett Bay Insurance, QBE, Praetorian Financial, NASDAQ and Munich Re.

Nationally recognized for his innovative use of technologies in financial services, Michael has received prestigious technology awards such as ITAPro Technology, CIO 100, and Insurance & Technologies ELITE 8.

Outside of the office, he has been involved with Junior Achievement in four states for over 30 years and currently sits on the JA board in Southeastern Pennsylvania.  He holds a degree in Information Technology from the City University of New York.

Michael and his wife, Antoinette, live in the Greater New York area, have four children and love to travel.

Robert Raymond

President, Canada

Rob Raymond joined FIMC in 2001 to launch and build the Canadian arm of FIMC. With twenty years of experience in the roadside assistance and ancillary product market, Robert understands that all decisions must ultimately be made to best serve the end user.

Rob earned both his Bachelor’s and Master’s degree from The University of Western Ontario and has since worked in many distribution channels, ranging from direct sales to automotive-aftermarket and consumer finance. He is passionate and enthusiastic about the sale and promotion of useful, valuable benefits that suit different needs.

Robert currently lives in Ontario, Canada with his wife and family, they make sure to visit Sarasota frequently.

Miguel Jansen

Vice President, Strategic Account Management

​Miguel is the VP of Strategic Account Management for FIMC, responsible for the identification and delivery of new business solutions that advance the shared interests of FIMC and its business partners.

For the past twenty years, Miguel has held a variety of leadership roles in sales and marketing with Asurion, Web.com, Sprint and Nextel. Miguel has a consistent track record of building successful distribution channels delivering innovation, service excellence and high revenue growth.

Miguel earned his B.S. in Marketing from the State University of NY at New Paltz and his MBA from Northeastern University in international marketing.

He lives in Virginia with his wife and two children, enjoys the outdoors, traveling and has a passion for soccer serving as a coach and board member of a local club.
