Brian Williams

Chief Executive Officer

Brian has over twenty years of experience growing businesses backed by top tier private equity and venture capital firms. His roles have included board, executive, operational, financial and business development responsibilities.

​Prior to joining FIMC as its CEO, Brian was responsible for all business affairs at an innovative healthcare company. Within two years of joining that business as its first full time employee, he raised over $60 million from three of the world’s largest pharmaceutical companies and other investors. He also helped build out the organization and oversaw the company’s P&L. Earlier in his career, while serving at two other businesses, he closed 20 partnering transactions and led initiatives such as an effort to take a U.S. only business into international markets, which resulted in the company having a distribution network in 90 countries within 18 months. Brian started his career in investment banking, where he helped close $2 billion in M&A transactions for clients around the world.​

Brian earned his B.S. in Finance from the University of Illinois and his M.B.A. from the Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University, where he graduated in one year. He lives in Sarasota with his wife and three children, to whom he gladly dedicates his free time.
