FIMC Celebrates Milestone: 20 PEO Partnerships

Rapid Growth Follows Successful Launch of Innovative Employee Benefit in 2024

FIMC is proud to mark a major milestone, signing on its 20th Professional Employer Organization (PEO) since expanding to this sector in 2024. This achievement has been due in large part to the success of Commute Guard, FIMC’s latest product offering that was designed for PEO’s and their employer partners.

Commute Guard, a membership plan that helps members and their families resolve automotive issues quickly, addresses employee absenteeism for PEOs. Designed for employees in fields where remote work isn’t possible—such as hospitality, construction, manufacturing, staffing, and retail—it aligns well with PEOs serving a broad range of partners in these industries.
